I contacted Jeremy to have some graffiti removed from my rental property in Seattle. I live in California, so I was already pretty wary about handling this remotely, but let me tell you Jeremy erased all those fears. Not only was he extremely responsive and not to mention reasonable with his rates, he was able to come take care of it within 2 days. He said he was going to be there at a particular time, and sent me pictures of the before and after.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jeremy and Heavy Hydro. I was told graffiti is a growing problem in Seattle so I have no doubt that the next time my property gets tagged, I'll look to these guys again.

Another PLUS is that invoicing and billing was a snap - done digitally efficiently and quickly. This is such a godsend for remote property owners like myself.

I requested Heavy Hydro to clean my gutters. Their price matched Gu-Wi Gutter cleaners on the dollar. Jeremy doesn't seem to have their admin support, but that wasn't a problem. Once a date was set, he came. He called on the day of. He would've called if the weather went South.

His before and after pictures decent. However, unlike Gu-Wi he did not clean under my roof shingles. His before pictures came in email and after came in an icloud form which I could not access via my phone. Gu-Wi does Google Drive which works.

I noticed he was pushing hard to get me to pay day of. Gu-Wi has more grace in that. I wasn't able to look at the pictures until late at night. I did pay him day of.

What bugged me is that I asked him a question about cleaning under the shingles. I guess the problem was I did that after I paid. I received no response.

My plan is to go with Gu-Wi again, but both their services are neck and neck.

Jeremy came out and gave us a quote just as we had discussed over the phone. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Jeremy was patient with all the craziness going on at the time of his visit. Unfortunately we had to put off the job because my Mom had to be hospitalized. Jeremy was very understanding and we are sure to do business with him in the near future.

Really took their time and made sure our windows and screens were thoroughly cleaned ! Pressure washed our driveway etc... Very happy with the work and overall price. Owner is very easy to communicate with and is very professional. Would highly recommend ! Thanks Jeremy !
