Suki ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love the customer service here. You are greeted as soon as you walk in & seen as soon as you walk in ! Got there 10 mins early & they were already ready for me. Dr.Seth is amazing! He's been fixing me & my fiancé up he's the best. The only thing I don't recommend is the massage there is a guy there who was really aggressive on me both me and my fiancé. I ended up swelling on my back.
Joanne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have a history of back pain and since I've moved further away from my regular chiropractor, I had to find a new one closer. Blue Spring Chiropractic was the only office that answered from the several chiropractic offices I've called. Front desk personnel are personable and have excellent customer service. I work in a hospital, and it's great to be greeted by warm personalities. I don't know about the previous reviews, but the front desk never pressured me to an initial x-ray or even felt pressured to do anything. Dr. Shane treated me and I feel better than before. As someone who's had experienced receiving chiropractic, it's not just a one time visit. You have multiple visits spaced out depending on the severity of your pain/symptom/situation. As you continue treatment, the less pain, the fewer appointments and just continues as maintenance appointments. ITS NOT A ONE TIME FIX. So far so good. If I don't update my review then it means I am receiving appropriate care from this facility.
Theadora ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Garcia and his team (El is wonderful) took the time to explain things, make sure I was comfortable and relaxed before starting the adjustments. They gave me the opportunity to warm up and relax on their warm water jet bed and rolling spreader bed. They are always welcoming and accommodating to my schedule . I left feeling relief and relaxed. I look forward to my future visits! Thanks for your help guys !!!
Natural N. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is good. Treated my wife in a Saturday on short notice. Fixed her all up. I would bring her back here if she needed it again.
