Gentle yoga is designed for those new to yoga or those who like a slow-paced practice that incorporates traditional postures and breath techniques. This 60-minute practice is focused on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility, but in a very gentle way with the use of props and modifications. We will move gradually in and out of each posture until finding a holding position. This gentle movement protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue.
